Book a free 30-minute slot and have a look round on your own. No appointment with anybody, no sales pitch — you let yourself in with a code, take your time, and decide whether it suits you.
Nobody from Steps will be there. You will have the studio to yourself for the half hour.

The tour agreement
One thing to agree before we can let you in. It is short, and it is mostly about the door.
- This is a free 30-minute self-access viewing so you can see the studio before deciding whether to hire it.
- It is for viewing only. The studio must not be used during this time for a class, a lesson, a rehearsal, a workshop, an audition, a photo or video shoot, or any other work — paid or unpaid.
- Nobody from Steps Studios will be there to meet you. The building is self-access and you will have the space to yourself.
- A 6-digit entry code is emailed to you about 2 hours before your slot. It unlocks the door from 5 minutes before your start time and stops working at the end of the 30 minutes.
- The entry code must not be shared, forwarded, published or re-used. You are responsible for everyone you bring with you and for any loss or damage they cause.
- On leaving, close the door and confirm the lock has engaged. You are responsible for any loss or damage arising from the studio being left unsecured.
- The door must not be propped, wedged or held open, and the lock, keypad and hub must not be tampered with or obstructed.
- Please leave on time. If you stay beyond the 30 minutes, or use the space for anything other than viewing it, we may charge for the studio time at our standard hourly rate.
- One tour per person. If you would like to come back, book a studio hire or get in touch.
