TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Steps Studios UK. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to comply

with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before

engaging with our services.

1. General Information

1.1. Steps Studios UK Ltd has two locations. Steps Studios Shoreditch is located on 90 Hanbury

Street ,E1 5JL London. Steps Studios Angel in collaboration with Solange Urdang is located on

259-263 Goswell Road, EC1V 7AH London

1.2. We offer hourly studio hire.

1.3. These terms apply to all bookings and interactions with Steps Studios UK.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1. Bookings must be made via our online platform, email or by phone.

2.2. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payment methods accepted are bank

transfer, by Credit/Debit card or PayPal.

3. Studio Use

3.1. Studio hire hours include time for setup and breakdown. Overrunning will result in additional

charges.

Tiered Late Fees:

0-10 minutes late → Charged an additional £5

10-20 minutes late → Charged an additional £15

3.2. The studio must be left in the same condition as it was at the start of the hire period. A

cleaning fee of £30 will apply if the studio is not left clean and tidy.

3.3. The Hirer accepts responsibility for any damage caused to studio equipment or property

and agrees to cover the cost of any necessary repairs or replacements.

3.4. No smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are allowed on the premises.

3.5. The hirer is responsible for ensuring the safety and behavior of all participants during the

booking.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Steps Studios UK is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring on the premises. All hirers

are responsible for their own insurance.

4.2. All fire exits must remain unobstructed. In case of an emergency, follow the evacuation plan

displayed in the studio.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. Steps Studios UK reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

(e.g., maintenance issues). In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.

5.2. No refunds will be provided for bookings. However, clients may reschedule their booking to

a future date by providing at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling is permitted only once within 30 days of the original booking date, and a coupon will be issued upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Steps Studios UK retains ownership of any branded content or promotional materials

created in collaboration with clients.

6.2. Clients may not use Steps Studios UK name, logo, or likeness without prior written consent.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Steps Studios UK collects and processes personal information in accordance with GDPR

regulations.

7.2. Personal data collected during bookings will only be used for communication, invoicing, and

service improvements.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Steps Studios UK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or announcements on our website.
